It's quiet and affordable, and the staff is great.

Living at Forest Park is great. It's close to shopping and dining, yet far enough away to be quiet. The staff is friendly and helpful. And the neighbors are friendly as well. I love living at Forest Park.

I would recomend Forest Park to anyone who is looking for affordable, clean and safe living. The office staff and maintence staff are great, couldn't ask for any better! The location is great, in 5 to 10 minutes you can get to grocery stores and Walmart, it's close to downtown too! The property is very well lit at night and I have never doubted my safety. The laundry rooms are clean and I have never had to wait for the machines. Parking is plentiful and the lot is keep clean, if you have pets there are dog walking areas provided with "pet waste" baggies, and everyone is good about using them! As far as noise, of course these are apartments, not a house so you can sometimes hear your neighbors music or people walking upstairs, but it's not loud and doesn't bother me. I love it here and plan to stay a long time! Another plus is the only utility you have to pay for is electric, and it is extremely low cost, I hardly ever turn my heat on.

quiet, only problem is laundry facility. the machines r tiny and hold only like 2-3 pairs of jeans worth and water is hard so u have to b careful washing white because some spots have gotten on my clothes.

It is very enjoyable living at Forest Park Apartments, because they have quality facilities and a very friendly and competent staff.

I would highly encourage and recommend Forest Park Apartments to any friend looking for an apartment.

I really enjoy the area. The only complaint I have is the laundry situation. 1.25 per load for wash and dry is a bit high especially on the dryer part. Other than that really enjoy living here

Forest Park is a wonderful safe place to live. People are friendly, staff is wonderful!!!

It is a resonable place to live that is close enough to most things in the Peoria area. The downside is some residents. I have had my car backed into and also had it hit by a bike; nobody had enough respect for another to claim any responsibility. While I don't see it as a "downside", the apartments are a bit out of date and like all apartments, the materials (carpet, counters, doors, etc.) are not what one could consider to be of high quality. Once again, this is not exclusive to Forest Park. The office staff and my maintenance guy (Shane) are all very decent people. It does not take much time to have an issue with the apartment fixed.

Forest Park Apartments are very well staffed. Office personel and maintenace personel are all professional yet very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this complex very highly.
